Shipping
All orders are usually despatched within 24 hours (Monday –
Friday) with delivery estimates noted on our shipping information page. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next working day.
We only ship orders via tracked services – you will find your tracking link/number in your despatch confirmation email. Please refer to your tracking link first, or if any issues/delays, please get in touch at contact@saltgrooming.com for further assistance.
Estimated delivery timings are stated at checkout and can be referred to via our shipping information page.
We despatch all orders within 24 hours Monday – Friday, however sometimes there are delays in transit.
If for whatever reason your delivery takes longer than the estimated timings, we sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. In the first instance, please check the tracking link in your despatch confirmation email for the latest updates.
Please note that Royal Mail’s service is currently less reliable than usual due to ongoing industrial strike action, so delays are more common.
If your order has not been delivered 14 days after despatch, your item may have been lost in transit. Please get in touch at contact@saltgrooming.com for further assistance.
If you place an order to the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible at contact@saltgrooming.com incluing your order number.
If your order has not yet been despatched, we will happily change the order address.
If your order has already been despatched, you will be liable for the loss of the item as it is the buyer’s responsibility to enter their correct address at checkout.
On some occasions, orders placed to invalid addresses are returned to us by the courier. In this instance we will contact you to arrange a refund. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Returns & Refunds
If you would like to cancel your order, please email contact@saltgrooming.com with your order number as soon as possible.
If your order has not been despatched, we will cancel the order and refund the total paid by yourself including delivery costs. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Order cancelation requests are processed manually and our office hours are 9am – 5pm, UK time.
If it is too late to cancel your item (i.e. because it has already been despatched) then you will need to return your item to us if you still want a refund. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to return an item for a refund, we only accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and as new in the original packaging. If your return item is in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to withhold your refund and you will forfeit the item.
For return requests, please first email contact@saltgrooming.com with your order number. We will confirm if your order is eligible for refund (eg. within the 14 day returns period).
If eligible, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
Please send returns to the below address using the original packaging you received your order in via a tracked service. Items returned without tracking that are lost in transit assume the sender's responsibility.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear back in your account, however this process can be much quicker.
If you receive a faulty item, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the faulty item of its unsuitability. We will exchange any faulty items within 30 days from the date you receive it. If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the faulty item to the above address.

Once received, we will process your refund/exchange. We will also refund the postage costs for any faulty items returned.
